Many moved on to Texas and Oklahoma Indian Territory about 1900. They originally lived in northern Mississippi, but were removed to Oklahoma Indian Territory in the 1830&#8217;s, probably on the \u201cTrail of Tears\u201d, eventually being given land in SE Oklahoma after statehood. See both <a href=\"https:\/\/mike-boucher.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/Alice-Jones-Folsom-WPA-Interview.pdf\">Alice Folsom\u2019s WPA interview<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/mike-boucher.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/Impson-Jones-Relief-Act.pdf\">Relief Act for Impson Jones<\/a>. Some moved on to Oklahoma Indian Territory before the Civil War. Some then moved to Grand Rapids, MI. Some were in the furniture industry in Grand Rapids, MI. A complete published genealogy has already been done in 1914 with an update in 1969 and another in 1989, but I have started a file for them. It will be a worksite for adding family information and correcting it as well. I have added five family gedcoms to the site as working projects; Boucher, Hudgins and Bell, which includes all related families plus Parks\/Bonczkowski &amp; Steve Reynolds&#8217; Reynolds\/Goff families for Vicki\u2019s side. To view the actual info you will need to request to become a user first, then be authenticated. After that I can give you access. Authenticated users that are related will be allowed to edit their families. This is not a commercial site. Only relatives may view or edit the data. At any rate try it out and see if you think it will be useful and a better way to access our family history.
